With 25 years of experience as a farmer dealer, Owner Josh Kirkpatrick founded this company with a simple vision: put customers first. We believe in listening to farmers' needs rather than dictating solutions, free from the constraints of rigid corporate programs. As a family business welcoming the next generation – my son, a Purdue graduate – we're committed to keeping things straightforward while delivering the superior hybrid seeds our customers deserve.

​Farming runs deep in Josh's blood, from growing up on his family farm to watching his father serve as a Dekalb dealer in the 1970s. Today, Josh works alongside his two brothers on their own operation while pursuing his passion for advanced crop management. His dedication lies in understanding each hybrid's potential and precisely matching them to field conditions – maximizing profitability for both our customers' operations and our own family farm.
